Objective
To serve our robust and fast working machines that our customers have been using and can use for many years, starting from product sales, layout plans, technical information exchange, pre-training, installation and post-training are given and delivered within the service installation certificate. In-warranty and post-warranty services are provided by our center, mobile team and dealers, including training, service and spare parts. At the same time, we support continuous development by understanding the suggestions of our customers well and transferring them to our technical units. We strive to provide service in minimum time by keeping stocks that may be needed in high quantities.
After Sales
Periodic information sharing and update trainings and pre-installation trainings are provided by expert trainers at Kaban Makina facilities.
